Dilara brings a wealth of expertise, having previously served as Chairman of MARS Solutions Limited and Director of International Business Development, where she played a key role in driving global expansion. Her technical acumen was honed during a decade-long tenure at IBM Corporation in New York, where she worked as a Researcher in Semiconductor Chip Designing Division and Process Engineer. From 1996 to 2006, she contributed to advanced semiconductor process development and optimization, cementing her reputation as a leader in the field.

In addition to her technical and research roles, Dilara served as Vice President at IBM Credit Union (MHVFCU), where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational management capabilities. She holds both a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MBA from the State University of New York (SUNY), with both degrees sponsored by IBM Corporation in recognition of her talent and contributions. Before transferring to SUNY, she studied at the prestigious Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), where she built a solid foundation in engineering.
